This one is pretty clear to man. With the pandemic, we all got “cramped up” and many of us dreamt of more SPACE! Land solves that problem. There has been a “drive to the country” with Covid and the policies around it…especially the remote work arrangements and peoples’ desire to get distance from others while living their lives in peace.
