How does purchasing a property from your site work?

Purchasing from us is simple.  No applications, not qualifications, we take payment, then draft documents and the land is transferred.  

If the payment is a down payment on owner carry terms deal, then we take the down and the document fee to then draft the land contract, promissory note, and purchase sale agreement…followed by deed upon note completion/pay off. 

If the payment is full payment, then the payment and document fee are accepted and the deed is drafted and recorded with the county upon cleared funds.

Are you a real estate agent?

We are note real estate agents, we are land owners selling land or partnering with owners to market their land and sell for them.

Can you keep me help me look for a specific kind of property?

Feel free to reach out to us with specific requests, we may be able to assist or direct you to the resource you need to get what you are looking for!

Are their any hidden fees when buying land from you?

There will be no hidden fees.  We state openly any fees associated with transactions.  Document fees, pro-rated taxes, and note fees if financing are the only additional costs for purchasing land from us.  

Why are your properties so cheap?

We purchase our properties from those who no longer have any use for them and we are able to negotiate great deals that we pass on to our buyers!  

How do I know if this is a safe way to purchase property?

We can provide references for your review and we offer a 60 day money back guarantee.  With land, there is really no “games” that can be played as the transfer of land requires recording documents with government entities.
